For those not familiar, VernX is a true hidden gem, a physics game that has you guiding 50 particles through 65 clever and challenging levels in 3 modes using the accelerometer. The frame-rate in VernX is incredibly smooth, and the integration of the physics engine with the accelerometer controls is extremely well done.
The visuals in VernX are simple but effective, but this is really a game you have to see in motion to appreciate. Check out the video below to get a better feel for the gameplay. The new X Levels are made strictly for the hardcore gamer, and are incredibly challenging.

Super Juicy is a very charming physics based match 3 game that has you popping colorful bubbles as they bounce onto the screen. The physics in Super Juicy are really well done. Simply rotate your iPhone to the left or to the right, and the bubbles inside react accordingly, as if they are affected by gravity.
It is also worth mentioning that there is something especially satisfying about bursting bubbles, and that bit of fun is certainly not lost on the game. The sounds in Super Juicy are also very well done.
At just $0.99 Super Juicy is an great value, and is easy to recommend.

While Imp or Oaf may be considered a kids game, I can tell you first hand Imp or Oaf is a game to be enjoyed by all. The polish in the title is off the charts, and at $0.99 Imp or Oaf is a great value.
In Imp or Oaf, the premise is simple. You will be shown a portion of a picture. The picture will be of either an Imp or an Oaf. Tap the screen to zoom out and see more of the picture. iPlutoid is an excellent retro-modern shooter where you must save a planet from alien invasion. The visuals in this game are pure classic and the game runs great. In the game you control a small flying craft equipped with a simple rapid fire turret. Retro gaming fans, and shooter fans alike will eat this title right up. Recently the developers of iPlutoid, Lazrhog, provided us with some details on the upcoming update:
New Update Features:
1. A list of achievements to attain within the game
2. A system of power ups. Save a humanoid from being abducted by shooting the lunar alien carrying them gets a power up to appear over a dwelling. Fly through the power up to get either Extra Life, Smart bomb, Cloak, or Smart Shield
3. Also trying to implement a touch flying system, for those that don’t like to use the accelerometer.
